Thank YOU God!!

Even when they are sick, grouchy, and disobedient - I think of what Mikayla and Delilah went through and feel so blessed that God had His hand on them and us the entire time. In the past year, some of you know, we were questioned by some about going through with having another child. IT IS CALLED FAITH - People should try it but even I was hesitant over a year and a half ago... but after lots of prayers, Jesus put peace into my heart and mind last March and in April, we went through with the transfer of some frozen embryos that we had leftover from the first time (when Mikayla and Delilah came along!). I now look at Caitlin and cannot believe that she may not have been. I couldn't believe that I could ever love another child as much as I love Mikayla and Delilah but yet I do - from the moment I saw her pulled out, I hate being out of her sight (just as I did with the girls). I have a serious addiction problem to my children - any other moms out there with this problem, let me know if there is therapy program for this.

Okay - sorry to mumble on about this but I just had to put it out there that I am so blessed to have my beautiful daughters, my wonderful husband, the many wonderful friends that, to me, are family and of course our wonderful family - although so far away.

So here are some pics of our blessed gifts from God...

Tired Girls and Talkative Baby

We were trying to keep the girls awake so they could go to sleep early.. but after a lot of running, they couldn't make it any longer. See... usually if they don't nap, they go down by 7:30 pm without a fight. But if they do nap - we try to put them down by 8:30 and they tend to mess around till 10 pm (still waking up early!). Well, when Mikayla gets tired she tends to fight with her sister and not want to share so she was sent to her corner. As she was sitting in her corner and crying "mommy, mommy, mommy"... Daddy and I were on the phone with someone and next thing I knew was that it was quiet. I went to check on her and she was asleep on the ground. Of course - I had to take a pic. Within 20 minutes, Delilah had fallen asleep on the couch watching Little Bill.

And here... Caitlin is talking away until she sees the camera.

Tummy Time and An OOOPs!

Caitlin isn't as fond of tummy time as Mikayla and Delilah were - but she is getting used to it. The stronger her head gets the better she is as she hates when her face is smushed into the ground!!

She is actually enjoying it here!!
Okay - now here is the OOPS!! Mommy finds it very funny but Daddy doesn't so much. If you look at this picture above, you might think - why can't Michael make it to the bathroom in time. Well, it wasn't his fault. We had pictures done today by the photographer who did family pictures last summer. Fortunately she came to our house cause if this had happened outside of our house, Michael would've been a little more bothered! We had finished taking family pictures and the photographer wanted Michael to hold Caitlin in an upside down football hold (so Caitlin would be on her tummy, dangling on Michael's arm). So we got her in position and off came the diaper. Within 30 seconds, Michael felt a warm sensation go down his right arm, across his stomach, ending over on the left side of his body. He said he feels for people who model now and knows how Tyra Banks feels. The whole time she kept peeing on him, the photographer was saying "Oh right there - that is a good shot... okay a couple more... that's nice, now move your finger", etc. It was hilarious!!

Last Day at the Happiest Place on Earth

When we woke up this morning, the news kept talking about rain. We figured oh well... if it rains, we will just wear those plastic bags they give you. The girls won't care. So off we went to Disneyland for our last day. As soon as we got to the parking lot, we knew the crowds were much less as they left levels of the parking garage empty.

Daddy helping the girls break out of Toon Town Jail

After going on Roger Rabbit and the Toon Town roller coaster, we decided to watch the parade again that we saw the first day. Here is Delilah resting while waiting for the parade to start.

After the parade, we headed to some rides - including the Matterhorn again and here below, on Alice in Wonderland. Delilah loves to have her hands up on "rollercoasters"

Here we are on Thunder Mountain Railroad! I think Daddy is more scared than anyone.

After a good amount of rides at Disneyland, we headed over to California Adventure for our last time there... Plus the girls wanted to do the Bugs Life movie again.

Here are our lil' bugs (the 3D glasses for Bugs Life movie)

Daddy with his two silly girls!
After riding rollercoasters and some other rides at California Adventure, we finally left the magical kingdom at 6 pm. Needless to say, the girls did not want to leave but they had a blast. On our way to get some dinner to take back to the hotel, Mikayla conked out again in the car. Can anyone say YOGA??
Delilah can't handle her sister's snoring so she watches tv.
The girls were so tired their last night that they didn't care how they fell asleep. If you look close enough, Delilah fell asleep holding her Minnie Mouse and Sleeping Beauty dolls tightly. Mikayla left her Belle on the pillow and went for the foot of the bed instead.
It was such a wonderful trip and we can't wait to go again - maybe in November.

Day #2 At The Magical Kingdom

On day 2, we headed out late morning to get to California Adventure so the girls can have lunch with all the princesses. We met Abby, Megan, and Ms. Laura there. The girls were so excited to be able to dress up (thank you to Ms. Courtney and Hannah for letting us borrow the dresses!)

As expensive as the luncheon was, it was worth it so that the girls could see the princesses as well as the food was delicious too!!! You definitely pay for the experience but it is a plus that the food is yummy as well.

Caitlin enjoying the views of the princesses from her carrier.
Mikayla getting excited to meet her princesses that she pretends to be.
Delilah can't even hold in her excitement!
This meal is $18 for the kids (also comes with appetizer, dessert, and drink) This is an octopus hotdog on top of mac n cheese.

Princess Cinderella with Mikayla, Abby, and Delilah
After lunch, we got the girls out of their princess dresses so they wouldn't get them dirty and we headed to some rides. Delilah has been talking about the "steering wheel" and wanting to ride them so we went on the BIG FERRIS WHEEL. However, those familiar with the ride, we went only on the non-moving cages. I wasn't trying to have three kids throwing up on me.
Mikayla, Mommy, Caitlin enjoying the view.
Daddy taking a picture of Ms. Laura taking a picture of us.
After a long afternoon, we decided to head out to meet Mr. Scott, Ms. Laura and the girls. Mikayla kept whining that she wanted to ride more rides. We got onto the tram to go back to the parking garage and within 20 seconds of the tram moving, Mikayla was falling over asleep. So Daddy had to carry her all the way back to the car.
Grandma Linda (Abby and Megan's grandma) with Caitlin

We enjoyed dinner and spending time with the Blackwells (Scott, Laura, Abby, Megan, Grandma Linda, Grandpa Wilson, Ryan, and Lindsay). The girls all played together and Mike was able to catch up with his best friend for a little bit. Then it was back to the hotel for bed to get ready for our last day at Disneyland!
